In a large bowl lighlty combine the chicken, mango, and the flesh of 1 diced avocado,
green onions, celery, and raisin.
In a small bowl add the curry powder, mayonnaise, coconut milk, honey, salt and pepper.
Whisk together until fully combined. Pour dressing on top of chicken mixture and mix lightly
until throughly combined.
Cut Recerve Avocados in two, and remove seed. Top each Avocado half with Chicken salad, and
garnish with with parsley springs . Chill and serve
