The Jamaica Dogsled Encounter at Chukka Caribbean Adventures, home to the only dogsled team and dogsled tours in the Caribbean, is offering children between 6 and 12 years a complimentary Jamaica Dogsled Encounter, with one child free per paying adult.
The tour includes a visit to Dunn's River Falls, and to Island Village for shopping, plus complimentary lunch at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.
The package can be booked now through June 30 for travel May 1 to Aug. 31. Rates for the Jamaica Dogsled Encounter are $85 for an adult, $68 for a child, starting from Montego Bay; $65 for an adult, $48 for a child, starting from Ocho Rios.
At Chukka Caribbean Adventures' Chukka Mud Buggy Adventure, visitors climb into custom-made two- or four-seat tubular-frame buggy, then set off across old trails to explore Jamaica's green hills and fields where sugarcane once flourished. The cost is $69 for an adult, $48 for a child. Participants must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license to drive. Only children 6 years and older may ride.
